Shipping / Delivery Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Our order cut-off time for same-day processing is 12:00 PM PST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic Shipping (United States): 7-10 business days
International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active and updated within 24 hours after your order has been processed.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

International Shipping, Taxes & Customs

We ship internationally. For all international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are typically collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. Retro Jersey has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
