Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Retro Jersey. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for a valid reason, you may return it to us for a refund or store credit, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Window

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
We accept returns for items that are damaged or incorrect product upon arrival.

3. Specific Item Exceptions

You may cancel your order before it gets processed. Once an order is processed and shipped, it is out of our scope for cancellation and generally cannot be returned unless it is damaged or incorrect.
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at support@retrojersey.shop. Please provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

5. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.

6. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

7. Refund Process Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
